Dropping reading/value on Z axis

My Z axis won't hold its reading and will reset or pick a random value during an operation. 

I have an AccuRemote scale hooked up to all three axis and the X and Y have had no problems.

I didn't know if this was a scale issue and in writing this realize I could swap scales on the board and see if this still happens. Regardless I wasn't sure if anyone else had this issue and could provides some help.

One note to add, the setup worked for a good while and started this about 4 months ago.
