That is a really nice enclosure. Did you secure the board to the poly carbonate or to the back plate? I love how clean the premade boards look. Mine came out looking like it was assembled in 3rd grade shop class. So I hide it. Nice Work!

Yes, the board and the USB headers are all screwed into the bottom plate.  Two larger allen bolts in the corners hold the two pieces of acrylic together and the other two go all the way through into the boX on the back of the mill.  

I built another board with an arduino nano, it too looks like a 3rd grader built it.
