long pressing abs/incr not zeroing
#1
When I long press the abs/incr icon I get 0.1250 not 0 for X and -0.125 for Y.

I have a couple of other questions also concerning calibrating.

But hopefully this first one can be answered.

Ralph,
Your either have tools offset on those axes (if the numbers are amber rather than green), in which case long-pressing the offset button will clear them, or there is a stuck point. In that case just select/deselect a point and it will clear the offset.

Well the numbers are green.

I removed all points.

Still get the same results 0.1250 with long press on X -0.1250 on Y!!

Thanks for the help, more questions coming.

Ralph,
Did you try creating a point, selecting it and then deselecting?
Same with the tool offset: set offset for the two axes and then clear it. Those are the only two things that can cause the behavior you are seeing.

Thank you

Thanks again Yuri. I probable will not get back to the mill for another week.
Creating a point I understand, I will have to look to see if I understand setting the offset.

Thanks again, more questions coming about calibration, so far I can not even get close
but do not have time now hopefully next week.
