TouchDRO board stop working after connected to PS

Hi

I buy this adapter:

It working fine when i power it from the USB port but when i connect it in the 5V holes with this PS:
https://radiovin.com.ua/5v-700ma-impulsn...k-pitaniya
It makes a sort beep and never work again.
I have double check the polarity and the output of PS.
Any ideas?

Hi,
The pins are parallel with +5V/0V lines on the USB connector. 
If the board works when powered form USB, there must be something wrong with the other PSU.

Well,
The input voltage regulator is rated for 7V max. If you accidentally connected the power supply backwards, or the power supply had a spike that exceeded 7V, you could have blown the voltage regulator.

Actually it is a false alarm.
After the sort beep i panic and grab a usb cable to check if it is alive but unfortunately i take a cable that i was know that its bad and never throw it.
When i use a good USB cable the board works fine, the only problem is with my PS.

BTW is any schematics and component position chart?
