Display Layout

Hi All,

I’m not sure if something similar has been discussed before but here we go:

I have an Android phone (Alcatel 1S) that would make a nice touch display.
The phone resolution is 1600x720 and it runs Android 11.
However, the display of TouchDRO looks different, refer to the attached photo.

Is this an Android issue or TouchDRO and can this be fixed (easily)?
