Lost Z Readout

Hello. I’m looking for any suggestions as to what I may be doing incorrectly. My mill has a 3 axis TouchDRO with Igaging scales. Today I zeroed out the Z readout and that’s where it stayed, all zeros and would not change as I moved the Z axis. I tried changing the input cables where I plugged in the Z to any of the axis inputs and it would provide a readout. So it seems that the scale is working. Any suggestions what I can try or is the board done. It’s not very old and not used a lot as I am just a hobbyist. Thanks in advance.

Ive had similar happen to me. Usually Unplugging the board from power and the the same with the Z axis usb plug and firing it all back up again works.... sometimes have to do this twice.....
