Would you be willing to send the board and one of the scales to me so I can troubleshoot it for you? If it ends up being my problem I will cover the shipping both ways.
Thank you
Yuriy

Hi Yuriy,

I think it is my problem.  I was was able to work on it this weekend and took the db9 connector apart on the scales to verify the wiring.  I discovered that the pin out in the installation guide is not correct and the pin out in the technical information sheet is correct for the male connector.  I changed the wiring around and was able to get the z axis to read the scales.  The X & Y axis don't read anything and the touch light stays on all the time, so I am assuming that I fried something when it was connected incorrectly.  I just ordered a new board from you and expect it to work with the correct connections.  Thank you for your great technical support and offer to troubleshoot it for me.

Unless the PCB itself is thrashed, I can almost certainly repair whatever you could've damaged on the board. Please send it back to me. Worst case it will cost you a few dollars worth if ICs (much less than a whole new board).

Regards
Yuriy
I don't have the box it came in any more.  Can you send me the address to send it to?  I'm assuming that you don't want me to send a scale along, but I can if you would like me to.
